Prices and shipping costs

All prices are inclusive of VAT plus shipping costs. We deliver with [DPD, UPS, Swiss Post etc.] or another provider of our choice. The shipping costs per delivery within Switzerland amount to CHF 6.90 Deliveries to Italy, Austria or Germany amount to EUR 6.90 and deliveries to rest of EU amount to EUR 9.90.

 

Terms of delivery

1. We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and the EU.
2. The delivery time after receipt of full payment is as follows
   within Switzerland: 2-5 working days
   within Italy and Austria: 3-7 working days
   within Germany: 2-5 working days
   within rest of EU: 3-8 working days
3. If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such damage directly to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims or their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, by doing so you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
