Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, originally sealed and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase;

If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchange
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you already have. Once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If this is the case, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
